PVA Sponge roller Packing Method

A dry PVA sponge roller is easy on packaging.  Vacuum pack the PVA sponge roller and put the individual sponge roller in a box.  However for sponge roller requires to ship under wet form, the packaging requirement is more demanding.

A wet form PVA sponge roller always need to properly packed.  Manufacturer always uses 2 plastic bags to maximize the sealing effect.  For DST Technology, we use PE bag as the inner bag and use Nylon bag at outer bag.

Anti-oxidant pack will be added between inner and outer layer.  For more demanding customer, we even include a pink colour oxygen indicator for reliability observation.

PVA Sponge Roller Storage Condition

Even the PVA sponge is properly packed and sealed, manufacturer and user need to cautious about the storage condition too.

The PVA Sponge roller requires to store at a ventilate “dark” area, exposure to sunlight and hot temperature is definitely not a good place storing PVA sponge roller as sponge roller will tend to age faster than usual.  An aged PVA sponge roller will leach out or even peel off more easily during the cleaning process.
