Cleaning Concept

An effective cleaning process is a process should consistently remove particle contaminant, organic residue from the cleaned substance.  In order to provide effective cleaning ability, the cleaning process contributes into 2 aspects, mechanical cleaning action and chemical cleaning action.

Mechanical Cleaning Action

PVA Roller Brush should provide a consistent contact pressure, contact area and friction force with the cleaned substance.

During the cleaning process, the PVA Sponge Roller comes in direct contact with the cleaned substance.  The pore structure on PVA Sponge Roller surface engulf the particulate contaminants on clean substance through capillary action.  The ongoing rotation motion of the PVA Roller Brush and the detergent flush off the particulate contaminants.

Chemical Cleaning Action

In chemical cleaning action, it mainly depends on the cleaning detergent

chemistry which given a desire Van der Waals force to loosen the interaction between contaminant away from clean substance.

Further more, the cavitations effect also provide another aspect to overcome the particle-to-substance adhesion forces, it loosening contaminant.

This chemical cleaning action not only effectively removes the contaminant on clean substance surface but also dislodge the contaminant away from PVA Roller Brush.  It  resists contaminant to re-deposition on the cleaned substance.
