DST Celebrate 5th Year In Malaysia

It’s never been easy job for providing surface cleaning technology to the demanding industry, perhaps we have sustained the business for 5 consecutive years. DST Technology still comparative new however we received much affirmative reply from our value customer for our effort we deliver.

DST Technology has worked with many industry for surface cleaning technology, this include disc drive industry, semiconductor, solar wafer. We also supply our sponge roller product form PCB and tyre industry.

Technical Support for Industrial Surface Cleaning

DST received many inquiries from various industries to provide latest surface cleaning technology. We have to work from difference aspects in order to improve the situation. DST share with customers on the cleaning hypothesis for surface improvement.

Once our hypothesis being thoroughly discussed, we will work on the sample submission to examine the result. This is one of the challenging parts as DST needs to come out the appropriate cleaning products.

Choice for Surface Cleaning Technology

In order to have a better position in surface cleaning, we need to very clear about the cleaning system or cleaning process which currently carry out by customer. Further more, we must familiar about individual cleaning tools such as ultrasonic cleaning, mega-sonic cleaning, scrubber, etc.

For the pass 5 years, most of the time we improved the surface cleaning by applying difference type of PVA sponge roller. We did a lot of improvement on micro-structure change on the PVA sponge roller in order to achieve better surface cleaning effect.

We do formulate difference cleaning detergent for some incidents which we have too, however most of the case, we try to remain the detergent formulation

Surface Cleaning Technical Support

DST is differentiated from other cleaning supplier via our strong technical support ability. As what we aware, not many PVA sponge roller suppliers or detergent suppliers are willing or capable to provide on-hand technical support. DST Technology has position ourselves that we are the company focusing in providing technical support on industrial surface cleaning. We are willing to spend our time and resources working with customers, and this is also how we get the respect from customer.

In current business condition, business is hard to move forward without strong technical knowledge and support.
